Presidente found its way to the drawing board by way of an interview President Obama did with 60 Minutes after the November Election. I try to place emphasis on the somewhat curious and inqusitive glance the President gives when asked a question thats not in line with the seriousness of the job. I believe this question had to do with his response to winning the election. This image forms the face of humility, along with confidence, but also concern.
Inspired by the 44 President of the United States these t-shirts were created to help unify the country during this moment of crisis and celebration President Obama will welcome the show of solardarity from a nation bogged down in economic turmoil and despair. He is truly powered by the people of the United States. Please purchase these t shirts online at Cafe Press and support this historical event.

This image is the first in a series of paintings centered around the Lord’s prayer given to us by Jesus as he modeled it for the disciples in Matthew 6:9 ” After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.”

Amen comes by virtue of the exhiliaration exhorted when you get it off your chest and give to the Lord. While creating this image thats all I could think of and how wonderful it is to express it. It's the Hebrew word which means firm, and hence also faithful. Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever 1Timothy 1:17
